We'll learn some technique together and put that technique into some fun combinations. We're going to start off with a 1hr class to get moving, get comfortable and start, pick back up or continue - your dance journey

What do you need to bring?

Just yourself! Dress comfortably and bring either dance shoe, indoor gym shoes or be prepared to dance no shoes. Feel free to wear a hip wrap, otherwise they'll be available for purchase when you arrive.
